At ALCOVE, we take pride in the quality of our products. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Return request must be raised within 7 days of product delivery.

• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

• The customer must share a parcel opening video in case of a damaged or defective product.

Items not eligible for return

• Customized or made-to-order products

• Items purchased under clearance or final sale

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at info@alcovedecor.in  with:

   • Order ID

   • Reason for return

   • Clear images and/or unboxing video of the product

2. Our team will review and approve eligible requests

3. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or share instructions for return

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

• Amount will be refunded to your original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on the case.

Note:

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our return conditions.
